I invite you on a counseling journey, with a counselor to guide you inward toward compassion, connection, and change. Come and sit awhile. Share your story in a safe, therapeutic setting. Your life is meant to be observed in compassion, cultivated, and fulfilled. Yet, so often, the self is viewed through a lens of fear and judgment.
The world often tells us that judgment is the key to understanding how we measure up. But judgment ultimately fails us, as it filters our experiences through rejection and fear.
Abuse, failure, loss, and pain can leave deep impressions, whispering the lie that you are not good enough. Over time, this fosters self-judgment and a growing disconnection from your authentic self. Breaking free from this cycle may seem overwhelming, even impossible. In response, you may strive to become someone
you are not hoping to feel worthy and whole.
But as Richard Rohr wisely says:
"Life is not a matter of creating a special name for ourselves, but of uncovering the name we have always had."
Therapy offers insight that can lead to meaningful action and profound change. Growth happens as you begin to accept your true self, embracing not only your strengths and beauty but also your flaws and the pain within your story. In this space of acceptance, love can reach the deepest corners of your being.
Perhaps you have felt the darkness of fear, judgment, pain, and loss closing in on you. Now is the time to share your story. Let the light of truth and love guide you home.

I am a psychotherapist who works with couples and individuals. I have over 25 years of counseling experience in various therapeutic settings. My counseling approach promotes an environment of curiosity, compassion, and courage that becomes an internalized experience producing growth and change.
Counseling helps bring conscious awareness and light to our inner world, as well as illumination for the next step. Carl Jung once said, "Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." Looking into your heart takes courage. It helps to have someone to observe, reflect, and support you toward greater self-awareness. Compassion helps us all face our fear and gives courage to embrace whatever we might find in the light of insight.
The counseling process initiates conscious awareness for the purpose of awakening. Once awareness takes hold, freedom is given. As you awaken to what lies before you and what is within you, there is freedom to choose what to accept, what to surrender, what to embrace, and what to change is revealed wisdom. With awareness comes a brilliant opportunity for choice grounded in truth and growing toward love. Your life experience has already awakened a longing. Now is the time to take the opportunity to embrace who you are as you grow toward the light. Like a tree, becoming all you are intended to be. Surrendering to love leads us to authenticity of life.
Compassion and acceptance prepare us for growth and change. Vulnerable honesty is welcomed and authenticity is cultivated. In the lightt of love, we see the good and the bad, what works and what does not, and we are without fear. Perfect love reminds us we are created in love, by love and for love but not all of our beliefs or behaviors are good or loving. Counseling helps us all discern the behaviors and beliefs that need to change and gives us the courage to take the steps toward long term growth. Just as light leaves no room for darkness, love reveals what is good and what is not working. Let love and compassion be your guide. Grow toward the light.
An epiphany is a sudden, intuitive insight into the essential meaning, typically initiated by a commonplace occurrence. Your experience may be prompting you to search for meaning. While some seek external answers, therapy offers a path to look inward, where you will indeed discover your own epiphany.
